We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to reputed company a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support. BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a sign-on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment!
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write reputed company reports
- reputed company & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision
- Visually analyze and reputed company feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
- reputed company and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior reputed company plans
- reputed company support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of reputed company problem behaviors reputed company needed and clinically warranted
- Review program effectiveness, reputed company recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor reputed company
- Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish speaking families (as applicable)
Qualifications
- reputed company BCBA Certification and MA LABA
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or reputed company field
- Previous ABA Experience
- Completed CORI background reputed company
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
- Ability to reputed company culturally reputed company care to diverse families
