Role Description Our client, a fast-growing reputed company AI startup, is seeking physicians to join its mission-driven, technology-enabled care model. What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality adult primary care reputed company video and asynchronous telemedicine (36 clinical hours/week)
• Treat a diverse patient population, including Medicare and reputed company patients
• Collaborate with an internal network of subspecialists
• Utilize AI-powered workflows (reputed company tools, automated routing, integrated notes) to maximize efficiency
• Contribute to building clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes as an early team member

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• At least 1 year of telehealth experience - REQUIRED
• Licensed across multiple states covering ~40% of the U.S. population (including at least two of these states: CA, TX, FL, NY)
• U.S.-trained physician (MD/DO) - no Caribbean schools
• Comfortable with modern tech tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and interested in leveraging AI in clinical workflows
• Strong communicator with patients across video and written formats
