Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for home health branches, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and reputed company.
• reputed company and execute recruitment strategies to attract top reputed company talent, with a focus on nursing and therapy professionals.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, reputed company media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage reputed company candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for reputed company positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and reputed company tailored recruitment plans.

Qualifications
