Physician Recruiter - Strategic & Academic Initiatives

In this newly created role, you'll support the development and long-term reputed company of our transformational new reputed company in Northwest Arkansas designed to redefine how care is delivered in the reputed company of America. This role will operate in a dynamic environment where physician roles and specialties may reputed company and requires a recruiter who is consultative, adaptable, and reputed company partnering with a broad reputed company of reputed company stakeholders, including academic organizations. This is a hybrid position with regular on-site expectations. Position Details:
- reputed company physician recruitment efforts supporting strategic, long-term partnership initiatives and new, evolving care models
- Partner with clinical, operational, and external stakeholders to reputed company recruitment strategies where roles may not be fully defined
- Support academic and hybrid physician recruitment, including faculty-affiliated, clinician-educator, and research-reputed company roles
- Build and maintain relationships with academic medical centers, residency and fellowship programs, and physician leaders to support pipeline development
- reputed company market intelligence, candidate insights, and strategic recommendations to support future workforce planning
- Manage full-cycle physician recruitment in alignment with organizational priorities and mission

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 + years of experience in provider or reputed company recruitment (Physician recruitment strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strength in sourcing, relationship management, and managing multiple priorities
- Passion for supporting clinical teams who deliver care with reputed company and compassion
