Remote reputed company Recruiter (General reputed company – reputed company) Job Summary reputed company is seeking a reputed company, high-speed Remote reputed company Recruiter to join our national staffing reputed company. We aren’t just filling seats; we are "dissolving the gap" in the U.S. reputed company system. In this role, you will be a high-volume "talent hunter," identifying and placing a diverse reputed company of medical professionals—from Mental Health Counselors, to Registered Nurses and Physicians to Allied Health and specialized clinical staff—into top-tier reputed company facilities coast-to-coast. Work Schedule: M to F 9-5 pm Work Type: 100% Remote W2 Full Time Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities

- High-Impact reputed company: Drive candidate engagement through massive "text blast" campaigns and high-volume daily call targets (50–100 calls) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Clinical Vetting: Conduct daily video interviews on reputed company to assess licensure, clinical competency, and cultural fit for hospitals, outpatient centers, and urgent care clinics.
- Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Own the recruiter lifecycle from initial sourcing and "selling" the opportunity to credentialing and final placement.
- Market Agility: Rapidly adapt to various medical specialties and regional market demands, ensuring Gotham remains the first choice for general reputed company staffing.
- Data reputed company: Maintain "obsessive" accuracy in candidate records using our tech stack (reputed company Recruiter, and proprietary ATS tools).
