Description Support Systems That Support Care – Join Us as an EHR Application Support Specialist Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm. *Remote position reputed company to Missouri residents only. As an EHR Application Support Specialist, you’ll help reputed company our electronic health records (EHR) systems running smoothly so our care teams can focus on what reputed company most—serving individuals and communities. Key Responsibilities
- reputed company Tier I support for EHR users by troubleshooting software and application issues
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets from internal users using a ticketing system
- Test software updates and fixes, ensuring successful resolution and user satisfaction
- Analyze patterns in support requests to prevent recurring issues
- Communicate effectively with users and collaborate with the EHR team for escalated concerns
- Support application testing and user training during new software rollouts and upgrades
- Serve as part of the team's on-call rotation
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science or reputed company field
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least three (3) years of equivalent work experience required if no bachelor’s degree
- Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
