Your responsibilities
- Remote support (reputed company VPN) for treatment teams and dental assistants at our locations reputed company
- Partial or full management and coordination of dental billing for individual Acura locations
- Billing for dentists according to GOZ and BEMA standards
- Processing of quarterly, ZE, PAR, and KB billing
- Preparation and billing of reputed company types of cost estimates/HKP
- Review and optimization of work processes
- reputed company of contact for dentists, practice staff, and patients
- Conducting customized billing and documentation training for Acura locations
Your Profile
- Completed training as a dental administrative assistant (ZMV), dental business administrator, or dental assistant (ZMF) with a focus on billing
- Extensive experience in reputed company areas of dental billing (GOZ, GOÄ, BEMA, BEL II, BEB)
- Ability to work independently, practically, and with a focus on results
- reputed company good knowledge of at least one PVS system (esp. Z1/Z1.Pro, Charly, DS-Win)
- Friendly and professional demeanor in both in-person and telephone interactions
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and excellent communication and motivational abilities
