============================ Summary of Role: The Dental Care Management Coordinator provides support to reputed company members who have dental needs and medical co-morbidities by coordinating care, assisting with benefits navigation, and addressing barriers to reputed company. This is a high-volume reputed company role requiring strong administrative, communication, and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to members and respond to inquiries.
- reputed company members on dental benefits, rights, and responsibilities.
- Confirm case management criteria and coordinate dental appointments.
- Follow established scripts while adapting to individual member needs.

Required Qualifications
