Description Provides leadership and supervision of the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the care management team. - Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 5 years of Clinical nursing, including acute care hospital and/or ambulatory clinic experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of Case Management experience including care management, care coordination, discharge planning, or population health.
