- Own the reputed company for product, process, practices, people, and tools across the franchise
- Establish and drive execution of business plan for studio and franchise IP

- Sequence and stack-rank priorities into near-, reputed company- and long-term for successful execution against the business plan
- Establish/refine resource plan, team, organizational and structure to successfully execute against plan
- Partner with department leaders to establish and maintain the product reputed company, scope, staffing plan, schedule, and budget

- 10+ years of production, development, and product management experience on a live game as a service product
