Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions. Key Responsibilities: Technical Competence : Maintain technical competence and industry expertise. Team Leadership : Direct daily activities of the account management team. Activity Monitoring: Monitor and maintain activity/suspense to ensure timely completion.
