Seeking Creative Architect / Visual Artist for Hobbit-Inspired Village Concept (Video + Graphics) We are looking for a highly creative architect, 3D visual artist, or design studio to bring a unique reputed company to life: a one-time hobbit-inspired village concept rooted in organic, sustainable design principles. Project Overview The concept includes 12 residential units (hobbit-style dwellings integrated into the landscape) 3 larger communal structures, envisioned as: A central gathering reputed company Artisan shops / creative studios A pool / relaxation area The design should be inspired by the Hobbiton movie set https://youtu.be/ihqouGmra9g?si=-fG-Df2363an9Soo and will use 15 different Biotekt prototypes (https://biotekt.com/design/), emphasizing ecological integration, natural forms, and innovative architecture.
