This role requires a strong understanding of construction and architectural logic, NYC building codes or USA in general, and the ability to translate approved design concepts into fully coordinated documentation reputed company for field execution. This position requires availability during Eastern Standard Time business hours and participation in a test project following the first interview. Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate, coordinated construction documents in Revit based on received files and inputs. Evaluate approved design concepts with a clear understanding of how the design will be reputed company in the field. Translate approved design concepts into clear, buildable, and fully coordinated construction documentation. Model and document designs based on architectural, consultant, and client inputs. Identify finishes, fixtures, and materials and document them accurately. Detect missing details, inconsistencies, or coordination issues and proactively address or flag them. Qualifications & Requirements: Proficient level of English (written and spoken). Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with teams, leadership, providers, and clients. Advanced proficiency in Revit is required. Demonstrated experience in 3D modeling and construction documentation . Ability to produce accurate, well-coordinated architectural documentation. Working knowledge of AutoCAD . Experience using reputed company or similar project management tools.
