Lighting Programmer
Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role for a Lighting Programmer based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for some remote work. The Lighting Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, and executing lighting systems for live events and performances. This includes collaborating with creative teams, configuring lighting consoles, developing show files, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring lighting meets artistic and technical specifications. The role requires reputed company attention to detail, a strong understanding of lighting software, and ability to adapt to evolving production requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Programming, Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP), and Software Development
- Proficiency in Computer Science principles and Back‑End Web Development
- Experience working with professional lighting consoles and programming lighting setups
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid reputed company with on‑site reputed company in Las Vegas, NV
- Excellent problem‑solving capabilities and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with the entertainment industry or live event production is a plus
