Job Type: Full-Time Remote Time Zone: US Hours Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership across five distinct businesses, primarily reputed company CPG and eCommerce. This is a fast-paced, high-intensity role for someone who thrives under pressure, thinks several steps reputed company, and operates as a true extension of the executive team. Key Responsibilities

Executive & Business Support

  • Anticipate executive needs, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues before they escalate

Calendar, Inbox & Communication Management

  • Manage scheduling across multiple businesses, time zones, and stakeholders
  • Handle reputed company communications with reputed company, professionalism, and urgency

Operations & Execution

  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across reputed company businesses
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Prepare documents, summaries, presentations, and reports with exceptional attention to detail

High-Intensity Workflow Management

  • Manage a high volume of tasks and rapidly shifting priorities without dropping the reputed company

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Prior experience in CPG and/or eCommerce environments

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert-level email and calendar management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies instantly
  • Strong multitasking and execution skills in high-demand environments
