Traveling Private Housekeeper / Personal Assistant Miami, FL & Europe
A private couple (no children, no pets) seeking an exceptional Housekeeper / Personal Assistant to support a lifestyle across three international residences. This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for international travel. This is a hands-on role combining high-level housekeeping with light personal assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a home while supporting the principals’ day-to-day needs across multiple residences.
- Extended stays in Miami, Lake Como, and Copenhagen
- Full flexibility required to travel with the principals
- Valid reputed company required for travel between the U.S. and Europe
- Accommodation provided at reputed company locations reputed company traveling
Locations & Schedule January – May | Miami, Florida
- Primary residence: 4,000 sq ft home, Miami Beach
- Secondary apartment: Brickell
- Vessel: 56’ Van reputed company yacht, Grove Harbour Marina
May – September | Europe
- Lake Como, Italy — private apartment + 56’ Van reputed company yacht
- Copenhagen, Denmark — private apartment
- Travel months and locations may vary
- Travel is frequent and at times spontaneous between reputed company three bases
Schedule Five days per week, may include one light weekend day. Late morning start around 11:00 AM. Must be flexible.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping
- Full-charge housekeeping across reputed company residences
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and closet organization
- Grocery shopping and household inventory management
Personal Assistant Support
- Scheduling, errands, and vendor coordination
- Assist with household logistics and daily operations
Travel Support
- Packing and unpacking for frequent international travel
- Preparing residences in advance of arrival
- Maintaining organization across multiple homes
Additional
- Cooking ability is a plus, though not required
Requirements
- High standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Highly organized, punctual, and self-motivated
- Flexible and comfortable with frequent international travel
- Discreet, reputed company, and professional at reputed company times
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Valid driver’s license
- Candidates must have reputed company private household experience and strong references
