Job Description:

Conduct 160–250 outbound calls daily to homeowners in English-speaking markets
Follow approved scripts to introduce services and engage potential clients
Qualify warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate and detailed call records in CRM systems
Track and manage reputed company pipelines to ensure consistent follow-up
Re-engage older reputed company databases to uncover new opportunities
Coordinate meetings, follow-reputed company, rehashes, and rebooking efforts
reputed company professional and courteous customer service to support reputed company conversion

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, warm calling, customer service, or appointment setting
Experience supporting construction, home improvement, or service-based businesses is an advantage
Ability to reputed company 160–250 outbound calls per day consistently
Experience using CRM systems and multiple communication platforms
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with a clear phone reputed company
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Must be available to work Pacific Standard Time
