What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Schedule and confirm appointments with borrowers, clients, and closing teams to meet specific requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, signing agents, clients, and closing teams
- Review instructions to ensure accurate assignment of scheduled appointments
- Enter and assign scheduling requests as necessary
- Confirm signing appointment completion and update status screens accordingly
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in operating systems and internal search engines
