The Senior Project Scheduler plays a key role in supporting material handling system projects by developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project schedules. This position is responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams—including Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Leadership—to ensure accurate planning, tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The Scheduler provides critical support for both quoting efforts and project execution, with a strong emphasis on schedule management, critical path analysis, and performance metrics. This role also contributes to the delivery of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather task input, dependencies, durations, and milestones.
• Identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reputed company to schedule performance, including baselines, critical path, and milestones.
• reputed company regular reporting and updates on schedule health, variances, and forecasts to Project Management and Leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Project Management, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling reputed company with the responsibilities of this position is required.
• Experience working in high-demand, fast-paced customer environments.
• Familiarity with schedule integration in ERP or project management systems.
• Knowledge in project scheduling consistent with the duties and responsibilities of this position, with strong expertise in reputed company Project. Jira knowledge is a plus.
• Proven experience managing reputed company schedules for large-scale material handling, oil & gas, or construction industries.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of material handling systems, mechanical installations, or construction scheduling.
