Medical Receptionist, Bilingual

Job Description:

• You will answer a high volume of inbound calls; transfer and directs calls; reputed company exceptional customer service reputed company telephone
• You’ll be responsible for reputed company reputed company office patient coordination; to be completed in a timely manner (e.g. appointment scheduling, transport coordination)
• Communicate reputed company and effectively (both oral and written) with patients, clients, Team Members, peers and Leadership.
• Accurately input data into both Carenet and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) databases
• Answer reputed company inquiries from patients, customers and reputed company party vendors; reputed company clinic directions / hours of operation
• Contact health plans and verifies patient insurance information

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• reputed company experience and experience with scheduling appointments and EMR and EHR (Electronic Medical/Health Records) databases (medical assistant, medical reputed company office)
• Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding), including working in an Electronic Medical Record or Electronic Health Records
• Experience with reputed company Outlook (email) and Word
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent demonstration of caring, reputed company, and compassion
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
