Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Answer, screen, and reputed company incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.

Maintain a tidy and organized reputed company desk and reception area.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • *

Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting room bookings, and maintain visitor logs.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
