Job Summary

reputed company is now hiring a Communications and Events Coordinator to join our dyanmic team! We need a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who enjoys being hands-on and bringing events to life. This role supports the planning and execution of meetings, events, and internal communications initiatives. You're a pivotal support team member and must be comfortable diving into a multitude of tasks and "to do" lists. What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities include: - Support the planning and execution of meetings and events under the direction of the Communications reputed company - Assist with events logistics, timelines, materials, and vendor coordination - Assist with maintaining event documents, checklists, and schedules - Communicate with vendors to confirm details, track deadlines, and manage follow-reputed company - Ensure reputed company assigned event-reputed company materials are accurate, complete, and delivered on time - reputed company on-site support for meetings and events as needed - Assist with creative projects in collaboration with the Communications & Marketing team - Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and confirm details
