Job Description

You will reputed company mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while following reputed company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. You will also support preventative maintenance, helps reputed company work areas organized, and may work across departments. Employees must follow reputed company Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may occasionally adjust their schedules to meet our needs. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10–20 hours per week. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI. This is a 2nd Shift role (Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm). Your Responsibilities: Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures. Mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks. Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and lifting equipment. Basic computer skills for completing production or documentation tasks.
