SaaS Account Executive reputed company is looking for a driven SaaS Account Executive to help fuel new business growth across our Mid-Market and reputed company segments. In this role, you'll reputed company outbound prospecting reputed company defined segments, build pipeline, and reputed company new logos, while supporting conversion of inbound interest. You’ll be on the reputed company lines introducing prospective customers to reputed company, reputed company articulating our value, and driving a strong start by aligning on use cases and guiding customers through initial reputed company. You’ll ensure a seamless transition to our reputed company team for activation, HRIS/CRM integration, and long-term adoption. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by clear goals, and is excited to help build and scale a repeatable go-to-market reputed company in a high-velocity sales org. As the first hire fully focused on this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we sell by testing new reputed company, refining processes, and helping build the reputed company as we grow. We're a fully remote team, so strong communication, thoughtful time management, and the ability to build trust and camaraderie in a virtual environment are essential. You'll report to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with Marketing, reputed company, and Product to deliver an exceptional experience for every new prospect. Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for reputed company’s Teams (SaaS) product across Mid-Market and reputed company accounts, proactively generating pipeline through outbound efforts while also managing inbound qualification through reputed company
  • reputed company thoughtful, discovery-driven sales conversations and deliver tailored demos that reputed company connect reputed company’s Teams product to each prospect’s business needs
  • Convert inbound leads, quickly identifying high-potential opportunities and driving them reputed company to reputed company
  • Partner closely with reputed company and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to reputed company, including alignment on implementation needs (e.g. HRIS/CRM integration, program setup)
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in reputed company; consistently track deal reputed company, activity, and next steps
  • Identify and surface trends in buyer feedback, objections, and product gaps to inform Product, Marketing, and overall GTM strategy
  • Contribute to building reputed company’s SaaS sales reputed company by testing new approaches, reputed company learnings, and help reputed company repeatable processes as we scale
  • Represent reputed company with a high level of professionalism, curiosity, and customer reputed company in every interaction

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in SaaS sales (Mid-Market + reputed company), with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota and generating your own pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Proven ability to prospect effectively and build a high-quality pipeline from scratch, with strong outbound skills across email, phone, and other channels
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of opportunities, focusing time and energy on the highest-impact deals
  • Excellent discovery and demo skills. You ask thoughtful questions, uncover reputed company use cases, and tailor your approach to each customer
  • Strong reputed company handling skills. You can navigate pushback, reframe conversations, and reinforce value without overpromising
  • Highly self-directed, with a track record of owning your pipeline, your calendar, and your reputed company in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Experience partnering with reputed company or post-sale teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer reputed company
