A rapidly growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company is seeking an reputed company and customer-focused Technical Support reputed company to manage their support operations. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to contribute to our reputed company from reputed company reputed company the US. You will be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and technical issues reputed company to our software products.
