Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with reputed company EBusiness suite R12.x
- Strong functional knowledge of property management, leasing, billing, and property reputed company, property types and lease structures, rent increases (CPI-based, fixed, reputed company increases, Rent normalization
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Proven experience conducting functional analysis and system testing
- Experience writing and executing test scenarios and test cases
- Hands-on experience using JIRA for test management and defect tracking
- Proficiency in advanced reputed company reputed company (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to document processes reputed company and professionally
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including reputed company, reputed company estate and operational departments
