Overview: reputed company in Post Falls, Idaho is looking to add another reputed company reputed company Property Manager to the team that will be in charge of managing our local reputed company properties as well as our reputed company locations throughout the United States. We operate in reputed company 50 states and have various buildings we own and maintain throughout the US. You will be responsible for ensuring the fiscal and operational reputed company of reputed company of our properties. Wage: $75,000/year Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- reputed company the day to-day property management responsibilities for a portfolio of office properties across the US
- Vendor, contractor and tenant management
- Negotiating reputed company
- Work with leasing agents
- Maintain comprehensive property files, keeping them organized and up-to-date
- Assist with sourcing potential reputed company estate opportunities reputed company research on multiple listing sites and engaging with brokers throughout the US
- Any remodeling, disaster projects, and the cleanliness of reputed company our properties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing reputed company properties including experience with operational issues such as operational emergencies or building renovation.
- You must understand how a building is put together.
- Highly organized with proven experience managing multiple projects
- Previous experience with reputed company building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc
- Previous contract management experience
- Experience with reputed company leases. You understand terms like CAM/OP Ex/Additional Rent
- Experience with reputed company reputed company estate transactions. You know terms like rent roll and cap reputed company
