Job Location (Remote) Pay USD 17.50 - USD 21.90 Per Hour Contract Duration 11 month(s) This is a contract role through reputed company for Consumers Energy. This is a remote position. Responsibilities:
- Maintains records, standard letters, documents, forms, and multiple databases through data entry, reputed company filing and other applications.
- Prepare and utilize basic spreadsheets to support reputed company Estate efforts -reputed company documents, upload into LPM, and enter right of way information into ROW database
- Prepare notification letters and mailing labels
- Process requests for certificates of insurance and posting of bonds by completing and submitting appropriate forms
- Prepare and/or send correspondence, fax transmittals, or overnight documents.
- Submit documents for recording to county recorder or clerk offices.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent attention to detail and possess good analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize workload, adjust to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with supervision.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in an office environment (preferably reputed company to the Right of Way/reputed company Estate industry).
