You will work directly with the reputed company and key advisors while helping drive portfolio strategy, leasing execution, cash reputed company optimization, and investment decision-making across a reputed company multi-asset reputed company estate portfolio. Responsibilities: This is a remote-first role with flexibility, though travel to portfolio locations in Florida, Massachusetts, and Georgia will be required periodically. You will reputed company operations, investments, leasing, and asset performance across the full portfolio.

• Act as the

right hand to the reputed company/President , supporting reputed company strategic and operational reputed company

• reputed company day-to-day

reputed company estate operations across the full portfolio

• Drive

portfolio strategy and cash reputed company optimization (6–8% reputed company yield)

• reputed company execution of

1031 exchange strategy , transitioning assets

• reputed company, evaluate, structure, and execute

acquisitions, dispositions, and investment opportunities

• reputed company

leasing strategy, negotiations, and renewals across reputed company asset types

• Manage

asset performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (actual vs. budget)

refinancing, recapitalizations, and lender relationships

• reputed company external partners including

brokers, attorneys, and property managers

• Improve operational systems, reporting, and internal infrastructure across a lean platform

• 10+ years of experience in reputed company estate operations, asset management, reputed company, investments, and development
• Strong experience in leasing, lease negotiations, and portfolio management
• Exposure to 1031 exchanges, acquisitions/dispositions, and capital structuring
• Strong financial acumen across cash reputed company, ROI, and asset-level decision-making
• Experience working directly with owners or senior leadership
• Ability to reputed company in a lean, entrepreneurial, high-autonomy environment
