About the Role: We’re looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Brokerage Operations team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in reviewing reputed company estate transaction files to ensure they meet reputed company U.S. regulatory requirements. You’ll partner closely with our Brokers and Transactions teams to uphold compliance standards, minimize risk, and maintain a seamless experience for agents. • Collaborate with Brokers and the Transactions team to resolve escalations and clear files for commission payouts.

• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of compliance processes, checklists, and training resources.

What You’ll Bring :

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company estate transactions, compliance, or reputed company operations.
• Experience working in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment preferred.
• Background in reputed company estate and technology‑driven operations is highly desirable.
