Summary

The Technical Learning Designer & Facilitator plays a critical role in advancing reputed company's learning strategy by designing, developing, and facilitating high-quality learning solutions that support employee reputed company, system adoption, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. This role blends technical instructional design expertise with engaging facilitation, ensuring learning experiences are practical, scalable, and reputed company to reputed company's mission, values, and operational needs. Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Content Development 1. Designs, develops, and maintains engaging learning experiences across modalities including instructor-led training, virtual sessions, microlearning, job aids, and on-demand resources 2. Translates technical, system, and process-based content (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Relias, operational workflows) into learner-centered experiences that support performance and adoption 3. Applies adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and evaluation methods to ensure learning effectiveness and retention while partnering with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and ensure content accuracy, relevance, and consistency Facilitation & Delivery 4. Facilitates engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, leaders, and managers across reputed company 5. Evaluates learning effectiveness through feedback, participation data, and outcome measures; recommends improvements as needed 9. Collaborates with HR, IT, Operations, Finance, and community leaders to support organizational initiatives and system rollouts 11.   • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, reputed company, or a reputed company field required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, organizational development, or learning facilitation
  • Experience designing and delivering training in reputed company, multi-site organizations preferred

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation best practices
  • Experience translating technical or system-based content into clear, learner-friendly training
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently plan and execute reputed company learning projects while collaborating with cross-functional partners
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and common productivity tools (e.g., PowerPoint, reputed company, Word)
