Part Time Adult Education English as a Second Language Instructor

About the position The Adult Education English as a second language Instructor provides English language instruction to adult learners reputed company various community classrooms. The instructor develops and delivers engaging lessons that focus on communication by enhancing reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills with reputed company life applications for transferable skills. This role is instrumental in helping participants reputed company educational, personal, or employment goals, such as obtaining a high school equivalency diploma or improving literacy skills to communicate effectively with a child’s teacher, or to increase employability.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in TESOL, Education or a reputed company field required.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience required, experience teaching adults preferred
• Recent experience in teaching English as a second language, literacy, or foreign language is preferred
• K-12 teaching Certification is highly desirable
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Proficiency in adapting reputed company to meet diverse learner needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using technology for student record management and virtual instruction.
