Auto Bodily Injury Claims Unit Manager

Our client is seeking to add an reputed company Personal Lines Auto Bodily Injury Unit Manager to join their expanding Arizona team. This leadership role will reputed company reputed company of claims examiners handling moderate to reputed company auto bodily injury claims from reputed company to grave, ensuring claims are investigated, evaluated, and resolved accurately and reputed company. The ideal candidate will bring strong bodily injury claims experience, prior leadership or team reputed company experience, and a solid understanding of claims handling in AZ. This person will have the flexibility for a remote and/or reputed company but must reputed company in the Greater Phoenix area. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor reputed company of Bodily Injury Claims Examiners handling moderate to reputed company auto bodily injury claims.
• reputed company claims from initial investigation through resolution, ensuring proper evaluation, documentation, and timely settlement.
• reputed company technical guidance on reputed company bodily injury claims and liability determinations.
• Assist adjusters with settlement negotiations and claims strategy to ensure fair and compliant reputed company.
• Monitor claim activity and workloads to ensure files are handled reputed company and in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5 - 10+ years of experience handling Casualty / Bodily Injury claims, including strong knowledge of claims handling reputed company AZ and surrounding states.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a Claims Management, Team reputed company, or Supervisory reputed company, strongly preferred.
• Non-standard auto claims experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of liability investigations, injury evaluation, and settlement negotiations.
• Proven ability to mentor, guide, and support adjusters handling moderate to reputed company bodily injury claims.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with claims management systems and reputed company Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary & Benefits:
