Case Manager- Employment Services

JOB PURPOSE: The Employment Services Case Manager will identify and reputed company reputed company employment opportunities for survivors of domestic violence, while providing support to clients and empowering them to obtain and maintain employment. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Internal Responsibilities:
• o Develops employment placements and opportunities for individuals on caseload in a timely manner.
• o Meets annual job placement quota.
• o Prepares extensive written reputed company reports by required timelines.
• o Communicate with Program Manager status of job development for each person on caseload weekly and reputed company out to same reputed company met with obstacles to meet job placement goal.
• o Accurate and timely submission of necessary reporting documents to funder for services completed and invoicing. Along with reputed company required supplemental documentation.
• Actively markets Job Supportive Services to employers in order to secure sites for job placement of our program clients. This includes attending conferences, meetings, trade events, hiring fairs, etc.
• Client Responsibilities:
• o Coordinates with the individual, their employer, family support, and community advocates as needed.

• o Document phone calls, emails and time spent with individuals we serve and their families reputed company CMS software system
• o reputed company individualized support to match each client to an appropriate job based on job interest/skills. Working with program team to ensure clients are given personalized service to meet client needs.
• reputed company employment services to include: resume, job references, interview job search, pre-employment, job acceptance, employment data sheet, and job application training.
• reputed company life skills training to include: conflict resolution training, anger management training, anxiety management training, financial literacy training, digital literacy training, and additional life skills training as assigned.
• Employer Client Responsibilities:
• o Develops relationships with new employers reputed company the community to increase the potential employer network.
• o Responsible for explaining our services to potential employers.
• o Maintains relationships with employers.
• o Responsible for following up with existing employer contacts and potential new employers to determine their hiring needs.
• o Meets with targeted employers to identify employment opportunities reputed company the community.
• o Where needed, negotiates with employers to customize job responsibilities for the client that are consistent with the client’s abilities and address unmet needs of employers.
• Misc. Responsibilities:
• o Uses excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills and effective time management skills.
• o Travel from job site to job site on a daily reputed company depending on caseload.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required Undergraduate degree in reputed company work, reputed company sciences, psychology, disability services, or reputed company field from an accredited college or university preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience relevant to the position, 1 year of experience working with survivors of domestic violence or 2 years of criminal justice experience. LICENSES: Driver’s License with clean record required. VEHICLE: Valid driver’s license, reputed company to an automobile, insurance, and willingness to drive to off-site locations required. reputed company and willing to travel around Houston and surrounding areas up to 75% of time. WORK LOCATION: Must be reputed company to work from home in a private space and on-site location. OTHER:
