ABOUT THE POSITION (Remote) The Clinical Pharmacist plays a pivotal role in the reputed company team, providing essential pharmacy services that contribute to reputed company patient reputed company. Reporting directly to the Specialty Pharmacy Director, this position involves evaluating pharmacotherapy to enhance treatment efficiency, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include monitoring drug therapy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering patient education to ensure safe and effective medication use. This role blends direct patient care with interdisciplinary collaboration, actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and leadership opportunities. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing and optimizing medication regimens, addressing drug-reputed company issues, and supporting transitions of care. Requirements
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy. Preferred: Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 or specialty residency. Experience Required: None Preferred: 3 years of retail or specialty pharmacy. Licensure/Certification Required: reputed company Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority obtained reputed company 2 months of hire date. reputed company BLS certification obtained reputed company 6 months of hire date. Preferred: Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification.
