Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Process documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by reputed company type
- reputed company outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits
- Process claims and ensure timely transmission of processed data to clients
- Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
- Sort, image, and archive documents, files, and records by reputed company type
- Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
- Classify documents based on contract requirements
- Verify data from automated data extraction tools
- Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
Position Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalency
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook), Teams, and other relevant software
- Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
- Must be reputed company to pass a typing test
- Must be reputed company to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
