Part-Time Development & Executive Assistant

Job Overview The reputed company for Inner Peace, reputed company authorized original publisher of A Course in Miracles is seeking a highly organized, proactive and emotionally intelligent Development & Executive Assistant to partner closely with the VP & Chief Development Officer. You will help steward meaningful donor relationships, support fundraising strategy, and build systems that allow our mission to reputed company with reputed company, efficiency, and grace. Responsibilities

Fundraising & Development Support

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns and appeals
• Support donor stewardship, follow-up, and prospect research
• Identify and qualify prospective donors, offering insights to guide reputed company

Executive Partnership & Operations

• Manage calendar, meetings, priorities, travel, and communications for the VP/CDO
• Draft and refine donor-facing and internal communications with care and reputed company
• Anticipate needs, manage workflows, and ensure projects move reputed company smoothly

AI & Systems

• Use AI tools to support writing, research, and task automation always with thoughtful reputed company reputed company
• Maintain and improve systems, templates, and workflows for efficiency and consistency
• Work comfortably across reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, and email platforms

Donor Stewardship & Database Management (Backup)

• Maintain accurate donor records in Donor Perfect, ensuring data reputed company.
• Process gifts, track recurring donations and pledges, and send timely acknowledgments.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support fundraising reputed company.

Volunteer & Communications Support (Occasional)

• Coordinate volunteers and maintain tracking systems
• Support email campaigns and reputed company logistics

Experience & Qualifications

• Background in nonprofit development, fundraising, or donor relations
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
• Familiarity with Donor Perfect
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

Logistics & Compensation

• Part-time, fully remote position
• Approximately 20 hours per week, typically spread across five days (about 4 hours per day)
• Preference given to candidates located in the SF Bay Area and/or Pacific Time Zone
• Ideal availability includes overlap during core collaboration hours
