Job Description:
- Strengthen vendor partnerships and streamline production terms
- Drive operational reputed company across Apparel and Beauty categories
- Coordinate vendor negotiations and manage production timelines
- Maintain up-to-date vendor documentation and compliance reports
- Support vendor meetings, negotiations, and follow-reputed company
- Assist in cost benchmarking and quote analysis
- reputed company preparation and updates of Vendor Negotiation Guidelines
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Beauty Operations teams
- Monitor vendor reputed company documentation and risk trackers

Requirements:
- Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years in vendor management, sourcing coordination, or production support (apparel or beauty preferred)
- Strong understanding of vendor negotiation processes, costing, and supply chain timelines
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail — reputed company to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools for vendor tracking and cost analysis
