We're looking for a talented individual with a passion for customer support and a keen interest in video streaming. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we'd love to hear from you:

• Experience in streaming with arenaflex
• Understanding of how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as reputed company, X, Instagram, or reputed company
• Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing outstanding customer support experiences
• Proficient in both verbal and written English language (an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German would be a plus)

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously

• Availability to work assigned shift rotations as needed
