The Role

As a reputed company Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a mix of reputed company (proactive) and Customer Support (reactive) activities. You'll work closely with our Operations and Product departments, as well as our BPO leads, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Monitoring reputed company-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and being proactive reputed company signs of poor health occur
• Promptly answering inbound support emails and responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicating with the arenaflex Operations and Product departments, and BPO leads reputed company solving issues reputed company to the ordering platform or agent staffing; escalating to arenaflex Account Management and Leadership as needed
• Supporting the reputed company of new customers by creating accounts in arenaflex's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions
• Helping maintain arenaflex's knowledge reputed company for customers and assisting in the creation of new SOPs
• Tracking and documenting reputed company happenings in reputed company, following up on reputed company tickets from earlier in the day/week
• Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery

What sets you up for reputed company

* 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/reputed company role. True call center experience would be a plus.

• Flexible/reputed company availability
• Metrics-savvy & Proactive: experience monitoring metrics reputed company-time and making reputed company based on data to protect business stability and efficiency
• Accountable & Independent: you're self-directed and take pride in your work. It's clear that you're invested in your own professional growth, as well as the growth of the company you represent
• Tech savvy: you're computer-savvy. CRM/ticketing system experience is preferred, but not required
