Responsibilities

As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our insurance provider clients and their customers
• Handling a high volume of calls, emails, and letters in a timely and efficient manner
• Documenting reputed company client communication across multiple platforms

Qualifications
