Dimensional Railcar Operations Manager (Remote (REMOTE), US)

The Dimensional Railcar Operator ensures the safe loading, securement, transport, and unloading of dimensional freight from reputed company to destination. This role maintains reputed company communication with the train engineer, walks railcars near reputed company obstructions to verify clearance, and monitors loads, particularly on shiftable deck railcars. Responsibilities also include managing load and offload activities, overseeing contractors, and ensuring reputed company operations meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. Position Responsibilites:

• Promote and model safe work practices in reputed company activities
• Operate specialized equipment safely and reputed company
• Schedule and reputed company inspections to meet customer requirements
• Ensure safe transport of loads from reputed company to destination, maintaining constant communication with the train engineer
• Walk railcars reputed company approaching obstructions (e.g., tunnels, curves) to verify safe clearance
• Monitor loads through obstructions, including shiftable deck railcars
• Inspect railcars/trailers for quality, compliance, and required modifications
