Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and delivering on retention goals as part of the Client Services Team
  • Ensuring reputed company client questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly
  • Building rapport and trust with clients through reputed company and transparent communication reputed company phone and email
  • Utilizing our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and reputed company
  • Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure the client's reputed company in completing the program and other key retention activities throughout the program
  • Taking and managing escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism
  • Collaborating with other supporting departments to ensure our client's reputed company in the program

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience (preferred but not required)
  • reputed company in Spanish (a plus)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (required), with call center experience preferred
  • Reliable internet speeds required
  • A positive attitude, team player, and reputed company to hardship
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

  • Experience working in an administrative or customer service reputed company
  • Financial services experience, particularly in banking, personal loans, and credit cards (a plus)
  • Previous debt settlement experience (a reputed company plus!)
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
