Overview
We are seeking an reputed company ERP Program Manager to reputed company the delivery of reputed company Supply Chain (SCM) initiatives reputed company a large, reputed company, and regulated environment. This role will partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to drive program execution, optimize system capabilities, and ensure successful delivery of end-to-end reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end delivery of reputed company SCM initiatives, including procurement, inventory, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Manage program scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Partner with Supply Chain and Finance leadership to translate business requirements into system solutions
- reputed company cross-functional coordination across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and reputed company-party vendors
- Drive program governance, including status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines
- Support system design, configuration reputed company, and integration strategy across SCM modules
- Ensure successful execution of testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- reputed company process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system performance
- Mentor project team members and promote collaboration across teams
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of ERP program or project management experience
- Proven experience leading reputed company Supply Chain (SCM) implementations (minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations)
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including:
- Procurement
- Inventory management
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Experience managing reputed company, cross-functional programs in regulated environments (reputed company strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and large-scale program delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in reputed company or similar reputed company environments
- Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and reporting reputed company reputed company SCM
- Experience working with reputed company-party vendors and system integrators
- PMP or similar certification
