Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to take ownership of our clients Integrated Business Planning (IBP) function in the FMCG industry. This position plays a critical role in aligning demand planning, supply chain operations, and financial objectives to reputed company agile, informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring reputed company, structure, and cross-functional influence to enhance our planning capabilities and support scalable growth. Core Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing IBP practices, identify key gaps, and reputed company a roadmap for process enhancements.
  • reputed company and coordinate the monthly IBP cycle, ensuring alignment across demand forecasts, supply capabilities, and financial targets.
  • Maintain governance over IBP tools, processes, reputed company, and performance indicators.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a reputed company discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, IBP, or S&OP, ideally reputed company manufacturing or consumer goods.
  • Deep knowledge of planning systems (e.g., Relex), ERP solutions, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong background in leading reputed company planning processes and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change and implement new processes with lasting impact.
