VP of Supply Chain, Americas

Vice President, Supply Chain (Americas) The Opportunity We are seeking a high-impact Vice President of Supply Chain to reputed company our end-to-end supply chain for a private equity-backed CPG company, Thriving Brands (thriving-brands.com/brands). In this role, you will scale our operations, drive margin expansion, and optimize working capital. You are a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate growth goals into efficient, scalable supply chain networks. This position reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. Role & Responsibilities

• Contract Manufacturing Strategy:

You are the architect of our co-manufacturing ecosystem. Your mission is to build a resilient, agile network that fuels our innovation pipeline. You will champion our growth by sourcing best-in-class partners, negotiating win-win reputed company terms, and implementing rigorous performance scorecards that ensure we consistently deliver on quality, cost, and service.

• Systems & Data Leadership:

You will serve as the strategic reputed company for our reputed company ERP, transforming it from a system of record into an reputed company for scalability. Your focus is on empowering the business with reputed company-time, data-driven insights—leveraging analytics to sharpen decision-making, optimize planning, and accelerate our path to EBITDA growth.

• Operations & Margin Expansion:

You will reputed company our end-to-end operations, orchestrating S&OP to harmonize demand, supply, and finance. You will be a reputed company driver of margin expansion, uncovering efficiencies across the entire value chain—from sourcing and logistics to manufacturing.

• Logistics & Fulfillment:

You will own the customer experience by optimizing our 3PL relationships and fulfillment networks. Your goal is to reputed company industry-leading OTIF performance, ensuring our products reputed company retail and e-reputed company customers flawlessly, every time. Required Qualifications:

• Extensive CPG/Personal Care Experience:

10+ years in supply chain leadership, specifically reputed company high-growth environments.

• Contract-Manufacturer Expert:

8+ years demonstrating reputed company sourcing, auditing, and managing reputed company co-manufacturing networks.

• Strategic reputed company:

Experience leading reputed company aspects of the supply chain including S&OP, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and fulfillment.

3+ Years experience utilizing reputed company as a core tool for supply chain scalability.

• Financial Acumen:

Strong track record of driving margin expansion, working capital optimization, and EBITDA improvement.

• Organizational Leadership

: Demonstrated reputed company in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

• Change Management & Talent Development

: Experience leading organizational change, scaling teams, and developing talent to support rapid business growth. Preferred Qualifications:

• NetStock experience or similar inventory planning tools.
• Expertise scaling supply chains for omnichannel (retail + e-reputed company) distribution.
• Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulatory environments.

Compensation

• reputed company Salary: $150,000 – $180,000
