JOB OVERVIEW: This is not a typical sales job and not a typical transaction coordinator role. It's Both! You will be responsible for:

• Selling deals to investors
• Managing those deals through closing

You are responsible for the deal from contract to reputed company. If you are only strong in sales or only strong in admin work, this will not be a fit.

About the Role

This is a 50/50 hybrid role combining:

• Dispositions (Sales)
• Transaction Management (Operations)

You will own the deal from signed contract to closing. That means

• You sell the deals
• You manage communication between sellers, title companies, and others involved
• You help ensure reputed company deals reputed company

Responsibilities-Deal Ownership (Start to Finish)

• Take full ownership of deals from contract to closing
• Act as the main reputed company of contact for buyers, sellers, and title companies

Dispositions (Sales)

• Sell off-market investment properties to cash buyers
• Build and maintain relationships with investors
• Negotiate and reputed company deals

Transaction Management (Operations)

• Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and sellers
• Help resolve issues that may delay closing (title issues, reputed company, communication)
• Track deal reputed company and ensure timelines are met
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (REsimpli)

Buyer Network Growth

• Build and strengthen a reliable buyer network over time
• Learn buyer preferences and match deals effectively

Compensation

• Expected earnings: $60K – $120K+
• Uncapped earning potential for high performers

• Sales experience HIGHLY recommended (high-ticket or client-facing preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple deals at once
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

➕ Preferred (Not Required)
