Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the day by:

• Answering customer calls and resolving issues in a professional and decisive manner
• Building sales experience by upselling additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living space
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation
• Foundational sales skills to upsell products and services to meet customer needs
• Written and verbal communication skills for professional business interactions

Education and Experience
