Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support throughout the day, answering customer calls, and problem-solving to help customers continue to live life reputed company. You'll have the opportunity to build sales experience by upselling additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls and resolving issues in a professional and decisive manner
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Job Requirements
