Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training
  • Forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and recording call details on account history records
  • Processing customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other reputed company communication under direct supervision
  • Providing basic business and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Following oral and written directions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • reputed company or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software

Work Environment

As a remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll be required to work a Monday-to-Friday shift, with hours ranging between 6:00am and 9:00pm CT. You'll be working in an office environment, and may be required to work shift work.
